1. Overview

At MultiDigitalTools.com, operated by NETTECH FOR IT INFRASTRUCTURE, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all our software products and services.

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Key Point: We recommend trying our demo versions or contacting our sales team before purchasing to ensure the product meets your requirements.

2. Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)

For one-time software license purchases:

  • Refund Window: 14 days from the date of purchase
  • Condition: Product must be defective or not function as described
  • Requirement: You must provide evidence of the issue (screenshots, error logs, etc.)

If a refund is approved, the license key will be deactivated immediately.

3. Subscription-Based Services (SaaS)

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused days within a billing period

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Refunds are available within the first 30 days of purchase
  • After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period
  • You may cancel to prevent automatic renewal

3.3 Automatic Renewals

All subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal.

4. Eligible Refund Reasons

We may approve refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: The software does not work as described and cannot be fixed
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice
  • Unauthorized Transaction: The purchase was made without your consent
  • Service Unavailability: We are unable to deliver the purchased service

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Products purchased more than 14 days ago (one-time purchases)
  • Subscriptions after 30 days (annual plans)
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the product
  • Incompatibility with your system (if requirements were stated)
  • Failure to read product features before purchase
  • Custom development or implementation services already delivered
  • Products where license key has been used or activated

Important: We strongly recommend reviewing product specifications and trying demo versions before purchasing.

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions:

  • Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible
  • Refunds for crypto payments will be issued in USD or AED equivalent via bank transfer or PayPal
  • The refund amount will be based on the exchange rate at the time of the original purchase
  • We are not responsible for price fluctuations between purchase and refund

7. Refund Process

7.1 How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team via the Contact Page
  2. Provide your order number and purchase email
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request with supporting evidence
  4. Wait for our team to review your request (within 3-5 business days)

7.2 Refund Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days

Refunds are processed in the original payment currency (USD or AED).

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 How to Cancel a Subscription

  1. Log in to your Client Area
  2. Navigate to "My Services" or "Subscriptions"
  3. Click "Cancel" on the subscription you wish to end
  4. Confirm your cancellation

8.2 What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • You may reactivate your subscription at any time
  • Data may be deleted 30 days after the subscription ends
