Login & startup

Invalid username or password |
Typed wrong / Caps Lock on. |
Re-type. Default is admin / admin123. |
| Login button does nothing |
No Branch/Store selected. |
Pick a store from the list, then Login. |
Startup Error: … box |
Setup problem on launch. |
Note the message; restart the PC; if it repeats, restore a backup (14). |
| App opens then closes instantly |
Corrupt data file or missing permission. |
Run as the same Windows user that installed it; restore last backup. |
| Window too big / edges cut off |
Windows display scaling. |
Set display scale to 100–125%, or use a 1920×1080 screen. |
Selling (POS)

Another administrator can reset it in Users & roles (13). |
